Please note that once your order is placed online, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to process before it's shipped out our doors. After the 5-7 business day processing time, your order will be shipped out with the shipping method you select at checkout.
Once your order is placed, we are unable able to change the shipping method.

Processing time
Our fulfillment team takes anywhere from 5-7 business days to process and ship out your order. During our online sales or holiday season, this time frame may take a bit longer.
We do not ship on the weekends or federal holidays. Please take this into consideration prior to selecting your shipping method. For example, if your order is placed on Friday, your order will not go out in the mail until the following week. We are unable to change the shipping method on your order once the order has been placed. Once the package leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Expedited or Priority shipping is not guaranteed to reach you by its promised date.
Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of shipping carriers working independently from Skida. However, we are here to help provide direction and support to help resolve your shipping concerns or mishaps.
We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier regarding delays in the shipping process.
- Orders are shipped using either USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS or FedEx.
- All free shipping on orders placed in the US are shipped through USPS First Class Mail and require a minimum purchase of $75.00. Free shipping on $75.00+ does not apply to International orders.
- Orders are processed and shipped out daily, Monday - Friday, and are generally processed within 5-7 business days.
