We offer in-store pickup to folks living in Vermont!
To help our small-but-mighty team move swiftly, please follow these guidelines:
1. Your order will be ready within 7-10 business days. You will receive a fulfillment notification when your order is ready for pick up. If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready, please wait until you do!
2. Once notified that your order is ready, swing by our showroom for pick up. We are open M-F 10AM-5PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM.
3. Please arrive with your order number, which is included in your order confirmation email! We will issue the $6.00 refund when the order is picked up. Please allow 4-5 days for the shipping refund to reflect in your account.
If you selected in-store pickup as your shipping option, you will receive the following two emails:
1. An order confirmation email immediately after you placed your order - this email will contain your order number. Please bring that number with you when you pick up your order.
2. A fulfillment notification 7-10 business days after you placed your order, notating that your order is ready for pick up at our Showroom - please pick up your order in our Showroom during store hours only.
Please note, if you have not picked up your order within 10 business days after receiving your notification, we will hang onto it. If a decent amount of time has passed and your order hasn't been picked up, we will ship it to the shipping address provided while placing your order. Thank you!
