How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your order. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the mail carrier, you'll receive another email with tracking information.
Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you have not received your tracking information or your tracking has not updated within 24 hours, please consult here.
When will I be sent tracking information?
Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days. As soon as your order leaves our Skida warehouse, it will be scanned by the mail carrier, and tracking information will be sent via email to your inbox!
My tracking information is not showing updates. What should I do?
If your shipment's tracking number is not showing updates, there are couple of reasons why this might be happening.
The lack of updates could result anywhere from the mail carrier forgetting to do the original scan, our fulfillment team waiting on product to be made in your order, or a high volume of orders making their way through the system.
If any of these seem possible, please wait an additional 24-48 hours for an activity update before contacting us.
Tracking Information - International Shipments
For International shipments, local Postal Services often do not send updates through the US Postal Service website. In this case, it is best for the customer to contact their local postal service with their tracking information and number ready. For more information about International Shipments, click here.
Lost or Stolen Package
You're likely here reading this because your tracking information says your order has been delivered, but you have not yet received your order. Huge bummer, but don't sweat, we will help ya out!
- We've been finding that USPS will scan packages as delivered but they will not actually be delivered until the following day or business day.
- We recommend checking in with any neighbors, friends or housemates who could have received or picked up your package on accident.
- Some customers have had packages get moved away from their residence by inclement weather.
We recommend calling your local postal office to clear up any issues they may have had with delivery or receive more info on the whereabouts of your package. We've been running into an increasing amount of these packages being scanned as delivered by USPS but not actually being delivered for a day or two, we hope this is all that has happened to your package.
