When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order is placed you will be sent over a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is processed and picked up by the mail carrier, you will be sent an email with the tracking number to your inbox! Please note it may take anywhere from 1-3 business days for our team to process the order before it is shipped out.
My tracking number is not showing updates, what do I do?
We have been finding that delays in tracking clear up within just a few days. The status will update as soon as there's movement in the package. If there is a lag or lack of movement in the tracking updates, we ask that you wait 4-5 days before reaching out for assistance. How do I track shipping on my international order?
Once we send out your order, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your inbox. Please note that it's common for international orders to be held at U.S. shipping facilities or other custom facilities for several days or weeks before moving forward. We apologize for the delays and encourage customers to follow along with the tracking number.If there hasn't been movement in your package in 2-3 weeks, we encourage customers to contact their local postal service with their tracking number and order information ready.
