If you cannot locate your package, we encourage you to take the next steps:
- Reach out to your local mail carrier regarding the missing package to see if they have further information available. It's possible that your package was returned to them, or they're holding onto it at their facility.
- File a claim with the shipping company
- Once you have filed a claim, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and claim details.
- As soon as our customer service team evaluates your case, they will reach out with the next best steps!
Lost Package Disclaimer
- Please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If your package is marked as delivered in the tracking details, but you are unable to find it, we require you to reach out to the mail carrier directly to start a claim. Once a package leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the mail carrier. Skida is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.
- Replacement packages: Our customer service team will let you know if your lost order is eligible for replacement. Replacement orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Lost packages are not eligible for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We ask that you wait 14 days from the time your package was marked as delivered before sending out a replacement package.
Damaged Package
If the items in your package were damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim through the mail carrier. Customers are responsible for filing claims ASAP. Certain mail carriers will not allow claims to be made after a certain date. Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@skida.com with your information regarding your claim being filed. We will help guide you through the next best steps!

If the tracking information for your order indicates that your package has been stuck at a facility, please allow 48 hours for updates. If there hasn't been movement in your tracking number in 14+ days, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@skida.com with your order number and tracking details. They will help with the next best steps!

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of shipping carriers working independently from Skida. However, we are here to help provide direction and support to help resolve your shipping concerns or mishaps
