When will my order be processed?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent to your inbox once your order is shipped out. Please note we are closed on weekends and federal holidays, and do not ship on these days.

Our team will process your order in 2-3 business day. During the holiday season please anticipate processing time of 2-3 business days before your order will be shipped. Once you place your order a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. A separate email with the tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is shipped out!
When will I receive tracking information?
A confirmation email will sent over to your inbox confirming that your order has been placed in our system. Once your order is processed and shipped out, a second email with tracking information will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number/information to update.
Do you offer expedited & priority shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited and priority shipping options for US orders.
Please note, once your order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days for the order to be processed before it is shipped out. Once processed, the order will be shipped out with the selected shipping method.
