We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. However, our products are handmade, and sometimes we miss a stitch! Skida offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If a product is eligible for repairs, we'll do it! If we can't repair it, we'll replace it. We are happy to work with you to determine the best solution possible. On average, repairs take 4-8 weeks to complete and we’ll keep you updated if it exceeds this amount of time for any reason. Expect up to a 8-week turnaround for all repairs during our busy season (November - February).
If you think your product can be repaired, please contact us and send images of your damaged product. If the product is eligible for repair or replacement, we will do so for free. We will ask you to ship the cleaned product back to us and detail the repair needed, along with a return address.
