Skida | Warranty Policy
If a product is eligible for repairs, we'll help fix it! If we can't repair it, we'll replace it! We are happy to work with you to determine the best solution possible.
If we can't fix the item, we will replace. If the product is eligible for repair or replacement, we will do so free of charge. If the item is no longer available, we can work with you to find an alternative print of equal value. We are unable to replace Skida product purchased from our retailers, but we're happy to take it in for repair! Please reach out if you are unsure if your product qualifies.
We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Skida offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, lost/stolen, or normal wear and tear. If your dog found your brim hat to be its new chew toy, you'll need to ask your dog to replace it - we won't!

Product defects are rare, but they happen from time to time! If you received a defective item in your order, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@shopskida.com ASAP. Please include your order number, name and photos of the item.
Submit a Warranty Request
Submit a request or send us an email at hello@shopskida.com to make a warranty claim! Please be sure to include your name, shipping address, order number and description of repair needed, along with photos of product. Once your email is submitted, our team will review your claim and contact you within 3-5 days on the status.

Please note the warranty repairs can take 5-10 weeks to complete. Expect up to a 10+ week turnaround for all repairs during the months of October-February. Our in house sewing team is small but mighty!
