Skida Return Policy:
- If you would like to return your Skida product, Skida will refund the amount to the original method of payment, or provide store credit within 90 days of placing your order.
- For the safety of our staff, all returned products must be in unused condition with the tags still on.
- Skida currently does not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.
- Skida only accepts returns with receipts or proof of purchase from Skida.
- If you would like to return an item after 90 days, we will issue store credit for a print and product that is still considered in-season. Skida will not accept returns of a product that are over a year old.
- Skida Face Masks are final sale.
1. Please print out this form and send your item(s) to the address provided. Name and phone number are required on the form.
2. Once our Fulfillment Team processes your return, we will refund the amount to the original form of payment. Expect refunds to show on your statement in 4-8 business days.

2. After receiving your exchange request, a Customer Service Representative will be in touch with a free shipping code so that you may place an order for the desired product.
3. Once you send your item(s) back to Skida and our Fulfillment Team processes them, the returned items from your initial order will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Gift Returns & Exchanges

2. After receiving your request, a Customer Service Representative will provide you with return instructions.
3. Once you send your item(s) back to Skida and our Fulfillment Team processes them, a Customer Service Rep will provide you with a code equal to the value of the returned product so that you can find the right Skida for you!
Can I make a return or exchange at the Skida Showroom?
- Yes! If your product was purchased directly from Skida within the last 60 days, please bring the product you would like to return or exchange and proof of purchase to our Showroom during open business hours.
