Return Policy
We want you to love your Skida! We offer returns on items purchased on our website and in our showroom within 60 days from the date your order was placed. Items must be unused/unworn condition, without any damages and the original tags attached. Returns made in our Burlington showroom are free. Returning items in the mail require a $5 return label shipping fee that will be deducted from refund once the return is processed or waived if you're returning for store credit.
- Return for Refund to Original Payment Method: Receive a refund to the original payment method once your return is approved.
- Return for Store Credit: Receive a gift card code via email once your return has been approved.
We offer exchanges on items of the same product style for a different size and/or pattern. To make an exchange for a different product style or item, please select Return and opt for Store Credit. Once the return has been approved, we will send over a Skida Gift Card with your Store Credit. From there you can purchase your desired items with the gift card.
Returns and Exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days once received.

Online Return Instructions
Head to our Returns & Exchange page here. Enter your 6 digit order number and zip code, email or phone number to get started with your return or exchange. Select the items you're looking to return and then select the credit method. Once the return is submitted, you'll print out the return label. package up the items and drop the return off at USPS. Our team will process the return within 5-10 business days once received. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please mail them back in separate return packaging with the corresponding return label. Including extra items or combining return orders in the same packaging will cause delays in processing the return and refund.

*Please note: There are some items that we just cannot accept for return or exchange. Items not accepted for return or exchange: Nalgene Bottle, Bike Bottle, Face Masks, Camp Mugs, Skida Sidewalk Sale items, Donated items, Giveaway or Promotional items, or any items marked as final sale. Items that are returned in inappropriate condition will be returned to the customer at their expense. Refund method (i.e. refund to original payment method or refund for store credit) cannot be changed once selected.
Return for Store Credit Policy

If you're looking to make an exchange for a different product style or item, please select return and opt for Store Credit. Once your return has been approved, a gift card code will be sent over via email. The gift card can be used towards your future Skida order!
- Store Credit is provided in the form of a gift card code sent via email.
- The gift card code can be used in our Skida showroom and online at checkout, and does not expire.
- Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

How to start a return for Store Credit:
1. Enter your information and select the item you are looking to return
2. Select "Return item" and then select "Refund with store credit".
3. Then select "Submit return" and download the return shipping label.
4. Print out the return shipping label and drop off the package at USPS. You can track the return with the tracking number provided on the shipping label.
5. Once we receive and process the return, a gift card code will be sent to your email.
6. The gift card code will be entered at checkout and can be used towards your next Skida purchase.

Please note, we are unable to change the credit method once it has been selected. We are unable to refund store credit to the original form of payment.
Exchange Policy
Skida allows exchanges for the same product type in a different pattern and size of the same value. Items must be sent in for return within 90 days of purchase. To make an exchange for a different item or product style, please make a return and select store credit. Please read the article above for more information on Store Credit!
- There are no shipping fees on Exchanges or returns for Store Credit.
- There is one exchange allowed per order per item.
- We are unable to change credit methods after they have been selected.

How to start an Exchange:
1. Enter your information and select the item you are looking to exchange, along with the reason why you are exchanging the item.
2. Select "Exchange for new color or size" or "Exchange for New Color" and select the new item you're looking for.
3. Next, you will select "Exchange Item" and then "Submit Return".
4. Print out the prepaid return label and drop off the package at USPS. You can track the return with the tracking number provided on the shipping label.
5. As soon as the product reaches us and the exchange is processed, an automated email will be sent to your inbox notifying you of the status.
6. Once the exchange is processed, a confirmation email with your new order confirmation details will be sent to your inbox. Your tracking information will be sent in a separate email as soon as it ships out.

Please note, the exchange order will not be shipped out until the original item(s) is received by our team at Skida. As soon as we process the items returned, we will ship out your order and confirmation email, along with tracking details, will be sent to your inbox.
Return and Exchange Shipping
Skida covers the cost of return shipping should you place an even Exchange or return for Store Credit. At the end of the return process, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided and sent to your inbox. Download the shipping label and send in your items. You can track the return package with the tracking number provided on the shipping label. Skida does not cover the cost of return shipping on items for full credit. We appreciate your understanding in advance!
- Skida allows exchanges for the same product type in different patterns and sizes of the same value.
- Skida allows for one exchange per item per order.
- We are only able to accept returns with receipts or proof of purchase directly from Skida.
- Skida does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our retailers.
- We are unable to accept items for return outside of the 60 day return window.
- We are unable to accept items for exchange or store credit outside of the 90 day window.
